IT IS OUR MISSION TO:
Individual and Group Supervision
Brad is a board approved supervisor who currently facilitates individual and group supervision. He provides supervision to allied health clinicians, psychologists at all stages of professional development and other health care workers. Brad has ten years’ experience within the public health system providing supervision to teams in acute mental health settings. Supervision utilises a combination of schema therapy, role theory and internal family systems in order to create a rich and diverse learning experience for supervisees.
Individual Therapy with Adults and Adolescents (Ages 15+)
Brad offers sessions for adults and young people aged 15 and older, with pricing that won't break the bank. People come to therapy for any number of reasons. Brad takes time to listen carefully to his client’s perspectives before offering a range of evidence-based treatment options that match each client’s unique needs. Whether a client needs brief support or wants to dig deeper over a longer period of time, Brad tunes into his clients and helps them find their own inner resources. Medicare rebates are available to those who receive a Mental Health Care Plan from their GP, while health funds may also provide a rebate.

How We Can Help
All our therapies are individualised and effective. All people and all problems are unique. As such, we do not use a ‘one size fits all’ approach to therapy.

We do more than just listen to you. We will take the time to get to know you and tailor your therapy appropriately, giving you practical strategies, useful information and insights you can use straight away.
Addiction
Understand the underlying cause of any alcohol, drug, sex or gambling addiction and implement effective strategies to establish new patterns.
Depression
Our therapists can work with you to understand the origins of your low mood and depression and establish effective strategies.
Anxiety
Anxiety is common but sometimes social anxiety, health anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, and phobias can make things very challenging.
Mood changes (bi-polar)
Fluctuating moods can be debilitating but it is possible to manage these effectively with psychotherapy.
Trauma
Most adults have experienced trauma at some point in our lives, impacting on our relationship to ourselves and others.
Anger management
Learn how to understand and manage your anger by developing effective communication strategies to improve your relationships with others.
Loneliness & Isolation
Therapy will look to address the underlying barriers holding you back from finding meaningful lasting connections with others.
Grief & loss
Help heal the pain of grief and loss for a person, pet, role or other life change. You are not alone and therapy can help.
Pain & illness
Chronic pain or being diagnosed with a serious illness can affect every aspect of life. Get help to learn how to live your best life despite your diagnosis.
Relationships
Improve your connection and learn how to get your needs met most effectively with your family, partner, friends, colleagues or kids.
Self-worth
One of the biggest challenges most adults face is to treat themselves like someone they care about. Therapy can help you to improve your confidence, relationships and psychological wellbeing.
Stress
Reduce irritability, improve sleep and regain your health and life satisfaction when you learn how to manage your stress.
